814 Gordon marks a pivotal milestone for RCI - our first organization-owned affordable housing units.

In March 2026, RCI acquired this 7-unit property, located at 814 Gordon Street in Allentown, PA.

The building features six spacious apartments, recently refinished to ensure our residents have comfortable, quality, deeply affordable housing that fits their lives.

814 Gordon residents have access to nearby and onsite wraparound services, one-on-one staff support, and regular community building activities that foster connection and purpose.

Growing our impact.

Established 2018, the RCI Village housing program provides safe, stable, healthy, and deeply affordable permanent housing.

As our organization continues to grow in ways that support community and connection for our neighbors, we are focused on strengthening our long-term sustainability and expanding our capacity to deliver high-quality programs. To support this vision, we continue to explore opportunities for direct ownership of our facilities, ensuring the long-term stability of the spaces where our neighbors build community and find belonging.
