The Franklin Park Job Readiness and Mentorship Program is a place‑based workforce readiness approach anchored in Franklin Park offers a critical opportunity to advance individual economic mobility while strengthening the regional workforce and local economy.

a collaboration between Cohesion Network, Valley Wealth Alliance, and Ripple Community Inc., this program supports our low- to moderate-income neighbors in maintaining long-term employment that offers a sense of purpose and stability.

• 8-week training program led by Cohesion Network and Valley Wealth Alliance

• Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10am-12pm

• Paid stipend for participants

• On-going mentorship for 12 months
